Shipping Policy

Here at Metal Mania Nz, we aspire to get you your products as soon as possible, providing an easy and efficient service from when you enter our website to when your products arrive on your doorstep. All our shipping options (visible from the checkout screen) include delivery estimates, and while we will do our very best to get your products to you within that estimate or before, we can not guarantee delivery within that timeframe in the case of an event out of our control or delays caused by our shipping service. Should your order be delayed, we will do our best to alert you in a timely manner using the contact information provided in the checkout process.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns & refunds for change of mind, so please select your purchases carefully. We do however offer returns & refunds for faulty or damaged goods under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). Should you wish to return any faulty products, please contact us at metalmaniacshop@gmail.com and we will work to arrange a return and refund as soon as possible. Each return is assessed on a case by case basis at our sole discretion.
